About Amy

Amy Johnson, PHRI

Choosing a provider to hold the unique and vulnerable space that psychedelic exploration invites us into can be a little confusing.
Here's some information about me to help you decide if I'm the right fit for you.

I work best with self-identified trauma survivors who have often experienced the unimaginable. Rather than deny these profound lived experiences, and the multilayered consequences of survivorship, I support people through a process of acknowledgement, meaning-making, readiness for change and reapproaching life with a renewed sense of Self.

When you reach out we’ll slowly, moving only at the speed of trust, build a rapport and begin co-designing an inward focused plan that is uniquely made for you; your needs, your experiences, your timeline.

Together we can prepare for and make sense of journeys holding the hope for greater clarity, inner-strength, mindful compassion and self-acceptance. We can also process when things are challenging, engaging in discernment to draw intuition from even the most difficult experiences.

If you feel a readiness for change, a desire to begin better understanding yourself and finding a path forward I would be honored to work with you. If I am not comfortable or familiar with your unique need(s) I would be happy to connect you with area colleague who may be better able to support your process.
